Survey Readiness Inventory 

 

 

The Survey Readiness Inventory is a free on-line tool developed by Seghers Survey Consulting to help organizations determine if and when they should consider deploying an employee survey and, if so, what they need to do before communicating and using the survey results. It will also help frame the areas/issues that need special attention.

 

The SRI is composed of four sections:

 

  1.  Needs Assessment

  2.  Organizational Survey Experience

  3.   Management Readiness
  4.  Employee Readiness

 

The Survey Readiness Inventory is free to use and there is no obligation.  It will take about 10 – 15 minutes to complete.  We will email a brief report  – usually within 24 - 48 hours.
