Work Group Effectiveness Assessment
 

This assessment is designed for intact work groups with at least 5 people, that is, all of the people who report directly to the same supervisor/manager.  This might be the whole organization or one group within a larger company.

Although this questionnaire is short (only 25 questions) it provides a comprehensive assessment of the work situation (climate), the leadership style of the supervisor, the working relationship among group members, the effectiveness of the group as team, the productivity and efficiency of group functioning.

This assessment looks at both People Factors as well as Task Factors to give the supervisor a complete picture of their strengths and improvement opportunities.

What's Included

 

  • You will receive the URL to your data collection web portal hosted by SSC, including the 25 questions plus the open-ended comment.
  • Upon completion of data collection, SSC will download the data and prepare bar charts and data tables.  You will also receive a copy of the open-ended comments.
  • The results will include guidelines for interpretation and generating action plans.

$150 per work group
